- Orders must be in minimum 25 Seat increments until 100 seats. (i.e. 25, 50, 75, 100)
- Above 100 Seats orders must be in increments of 50 seats only (i.e. 150, 200, 250, etc)
- Service contracts are available in 1, 2 and 3 Year Terms.
- Price listed is the cost per seat for the service and term listed (1, 2 or 3 Year Terms). Extra savings and price breaks for customers can be found in longer service contracts.

- Each order requires a one-time Set-up Fee. This fee is charged based on the number of seats required. The table below shows the required Set-Up fee that will be charged after your order is processed. Note: This Fee will not show on your final total for your shopping cart order but will be processed after your order is received by our sales team.

Optional Connector:
An optional connector is available for clients looking for full control of their ScanSafe Services. The connector is independent software included with your purchase that provides user name resolution. The Connector allows you to designate specific groups and create your own policies. This functionality is not included in the base ScanSafe services. The optional Connector is available for an additional one-time fee based on your seating:
